Tim built us the perfect house 10 years ago, on time and within budget. In 2015, when we wanted to add on to our house, we chose Tim again. No surprise, on time and within budget. Our house is a bungalow-style house, and he followed our architect’s plans to the letter, giving us the look that we wanted.

We had the pleasure of working with Tim McMahon on two different projects. The first project was our cabin. A few years later, we built our home. Obviously, we were pleased with his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. We worked closely together from beginning to end, including the drawings, drafts and construction. Prior to construction, we visited with several architects and other construction companies. Tim’s knowledge, experience and craftsmanship won
us over! We also didn’t need the architect, saving us time and money. We worked together and now have two special places we call home! McMahon Bros Building Company comes highly recommended!

We purchased a home built in 1985 which had never been updated and hadn’t been lived in in several years. Tim looked over the challenges and brought the house back to life with a completely gutted and remodeled master bath and kitchen, refinished hardwood floors, and new wall finishes throughout. Tim has built two homes for us and we were very pleased with the entire process and finished product both times. He helped us design the floor plans, melding his own vision and practical solutions with our ideas and wishes. We had a projected time frame of 12 months for 6500 sq feet and he actually completed our home a month early. He does not waste time and has his professional team of subs working steadily. Tim supervises the project on a daily basis and is hands on solving any issues or questions from the home owner. He keeps a tidy work site and personally collects and hauls anything that can be recycled. Tim designed and built our house from the ground up. It took him about 7 months to complete the build and we are very happy. He started with a design and realistic budget. He helped us stay on budget and paid attention to the details. He is very professional. I live in a 20+ year old spec home built by Tim McMahon and It is amazing! I have zero problems with anything in the home. The doors are all hung to perfection. The deck has held up very well and the Fencing was a high end fence that is still good to this day. I even have had a home efficiency expert come out and test my home and they said I had one of the most efficient homes they had ever seen. If I was to be building a custom home I know for a fact that I would use Tim to build it!
